How do you determine my lawn size?
Pricing is based on lawn area, not total property size. You do not need to measure it yourself. Text your address and we’ll check the lawn area before confirming the price.
What is the difference between Spring Cleanup and Cleanup + Lawn Boost?
Spring Cleanup is the standard reset: power raking, aeration, first mow, debris cleanup, bagging, and completion photos. Cleanup + Lawn Boost includes everything in Spring Cleanup, plus overseeding and fertilizer. It is the better choice for thin, tired, or patchy lawns after winter.
Are garden beds included?
Light debris cleanup from accessible garden bed areas is included. Deep weeding, pruning, hedge trimming, bed rebuilding, and heavy wet debris are not included in the standard package.
Are yard-waste bags included?
Yes. The service includes filling the green bin plus up to 3 paper yard-waste bags. Extra filled bags are $10 each and are left neatly beside the green cart for regular city pickup.
What if there is more debris than expected?
Heavy debris, excessive wet leaves, unclear access, or custom cleanup work may require photos and a custom price before booking. The goal is to confirm the scope clearly before the job starts.
What if my lawn is too wet?
If the lawn is too soft or wet, service may need to be delayed to avoid damaging the grass. Spring cleanup works best when the lawn is firm enough for power raking, aeration, mowing, and cleanup.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as there is clear access to the lawn, green bin, and work areas, you do not need to be home. Completion photos can be sent after the service.
